1. Where is the camp located?

Dorval Aquatic and Sports Complex

2. Are foods containing peanuts/nuts allowed in the camp?
No. Nuts and peanuts are not allowed in the camp. We rely on your cooperation to enforce this policy. If your child is allergic to peanuts/nuts, make sure the camp staff is informed.

3. Will swimming lessons be offered?
No.

4. How are the monitors trained?
Monitors receive 40 hours of training before camp begins. Training consists of instruction in first-aid, CPR, conflict resolution, team-building, arts and crafts and animation. Monitor training also includes special clinics held during the summer. All of our monitors also receive DAFA training (DAFA: Diplôme d’Aptitude aux Fonction d’Animation).

5. What are the ratios for the various age groups?
5-6 Age Group:    10 : 1
7-9 Age Group:    12 : 1
10-12 Age Group: 12 : 1

6. What if my child needs to take medication during the day?
Medication is to be given to the camp director with written instructions on how it is to be stored and administered.

7. What if I cancel a week or more?

9. Is the cost of daycare included in the camp fees?
Yes.

10. What are the daycare and camp hours?
7:00am to 9:00am &  4:00pm to 6:00pm
